چکیده
The Black Hole Binary source Swift J175.5-0127 remained in outburst for $\sim$ 12 years from May 2005 to April 2017. For most part of the outburst, Low Hard State (LHS) displaying transitions softer states only towards end short periods time. Quasi periodic Oscillations (QPOs) were observed Power Density Spectrum (PDS) during decay. A soft thermal component was required model spectrum LHS, which does not conform generally accepted disc truncation theory. In this work, we attempt obtain a clearer picture accretion geometry by studying QPO variability using frequency resolved spectroscopy (FRS). We rms bright-hard state and it with physical components. find that can be described Comptonisation no contribution disc. This indicates PDS originates evolution QPOs is likely result localization variabilities different radii hot inner flow rather than truncation. minimal variation parameters also points existence stable throughout outburst.

THE COMPLEX ACCRETION GEOMETRY OF GX 339–4 AS SEEN BY NuSTAR AND SWIFT
We present spectral analyses of five Nuclear Spectroscopic Telescope Array and Swift observations of GX 339–4 taken during a failed outburst during the summer of 2013. These observations cover Eddington luminosity fractions in the range ≈0.9%–6%. Throughout this outburst GX 339–4 stayed in the hard state and all five observations show similar X-ray spectra, with a hard power law with a photon i...
متن کاملMomentum resolved radio frequency spectroscopy in trapped fermi gases.
We address recent momentum-resolved radio frequency (rf) spectroscopy experiments, showing how they yield more stringent tests than other comparisons with theory, associated with the ultracold Fermi gases. We demonstrate that, by providing a clear dispersion signature of pairing, they remove the ambiguity plaguing the interpretation of previous rf experiments. Our calculated spectral intensitie...
متن کاملField-resolved coherent Raman spectroscopy of high frequency vibrational resonances.
Electric fields of coherent Raman signals are resolved with sensitivity for high-frequency vibrational resonances utilizing a four-pulse, trapezoidal beam geometry in a diffractive optic-based interferometer. Our experiments show that the heterodyne detected signal phase is stabilized for particular terms in the third-order response function by the cancellation of inter-pulse phases. The C-H st...
متن کاملSWIFT J1753.5−0127: a surprising optical/X-ray cross-correlation function
We have conducted optical and X-ray simultaneous observations of SWIFT J1753.5−0127 with RXTE and ULTRACAM, while the system persisted in its relatively bright low/hard state. In the cross-correlation function (CCF), we find that the optical leads the X-rays by a few seconds with a broad negative peak, and has a smaller positive peak at positive lags. This is markedly different from what was se...
متن کاملPhase-resolved X-ray spectroscopy of the accretion-powered millisecond pulsar XTE J1751–305: physical processes and constraints on the system geometry
We have undertaken an extensive study of X-ray data from the accreting millisecond pulsar XTE J1751–305 observed by RXTE and XMM-Newton during its 2002 outburst. In all aspects this source is similar to a prototypical millisecond pulsar SAX J1808.4–3658, except for the higher peak luminosity of 13 per cent of Eddington, and the optical depth of the hard X-ray source larger by factor ∼2. Its bro...
